Job Description-
We are looking for a skilled Magento Developer to join our team and help build, maintain, and optimize our eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Magento 2, a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices, and proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and other related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 eCommerce websites
- Create and optimize custom Magento themes, modules, and extensions
- Implement third-party API integrations and payment gateways
- Optimize website performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure seamless UI/UX
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to Magento best practices
- Conduct regular updates, security patches, and performance enhancements
- Work with GraphQL, REST APIs, and headless commerce solutions (if required)
- Stay updated with the latest Magento trends, security updates, and extensions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Magento Developer (Magento 2 required)
- Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and
- Strong knowledge of Magento architecture, theming, and extension development
- Experience with command-line tools, Composer, Git, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure) and CDN services
- Understanding of SEO, caching strategies (Redis, Varnish), and database optimization
- Ability to work with agile methodologies and manage project timelines
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Magento Adobe Certified Developer certification
- Experience with headless Magento, PWA (Progressive Web Apps)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerized environments
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and marketplace integrations
