JOB DESCRIPTION

• Seeking a senior developer with a minimum of 3-5 years of expert-level experience with Magento & PHP to enhance and improve our existing e-commerce solutions.
• The ideal candidate is expected to have architecture experience and hands-on team-handling experience.
• The candidate must be able to work both independently and as a lead to help mentor/train other application developers so that over time they improve their knowledge of the Magento platform.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing applications on Magento 2.4 + open source
• Custom Admin Panel Development: Design and develop custom admin panels tailored to meet specific business requirements and improve user experience.
• Menu Customization: Customize Magento's admin panel menus and navigation structure to streamline workflows and enhance usability is a must.
• Utilize e-commerce best practices and Magento's capabilities to implement robust and scalable solutions for online stores.
• Experience managing multi-store Magento setups, Multi menu in same country different brands, multi-currency, and tax configurations is a must.
• Module Development: Develop and customize Magento modules to extend core functionalities and integrate with third-party systems as needed.
• Performance Optimization: Implement performance optimization techniques to ensure Magento applications are responsive and scalable is a must.
• Strong knowledge of DBMS (MySQL), XML, HTTP, HTML, NT/UNIX, Nginx systems, XDEBUG, Elastic Search
• Hands-on experience with writing code which are optimized in performance ad defining proper indexes is a must
• Hands-on experience In Customizing CMS Panel & Strong knowledge of entities in the Magento Framework & TDD
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Software Design Patterns and Full stack coding principles
• Knowledge of Magento security best practices and experience in implementing security patches and vulnerability fixes.
• Experience in migration of Magento versions is a must.
• Hands-on experience in web services (REST, SOAP, WSDL, etc.), using SQL Database
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture and Magento's architecture and customization capabilities.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Responsibilities:

   Lead and manage the implementation of Magenta technologies across projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Technical Expertise:
   Utilize your deep understanding of Magenta technologies to provide guidance and support on technical architecture, design, and implementation strategies.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
   Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, clients, and vendors, to understand requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.
4. Quality Assurance:
   Implement best practices for testing, debugging, and optimizing Magenta solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, status reports, and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.
6. Continuous Learning:
   Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Magenta solutions to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science with experience in software product development and delivery using software development languages and frameworks of Magento

Magento Certification with 2.x with community exp needed
