Job description.

Role & responsibilities

  • Invoice Processing : Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Payment Management : Ensure proper approvals for payments, prepare payment runs, and manage payment schedules to meet payment deadlines.
  • Vendor Management : Maintain and reconcile vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and handle vendor inquiries regarding payment status. Communicate with vendors and leaders regarding invoices, payment inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Reconciliation : Reconcile accounts payable transactions and general ledger accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Expense Reporting : Process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • Month-End Close : Assist with month-end closing tasks, including account reconciliation, reporting, and analysis of accounts payable data.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations related to accounts payable. Meet / Exceed SLAs / KPIs as defined
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements in the accounts payable function and implement best practices.

Type: US shifts / 24/7 shifts rotational.
