Salary: ₹4 LPA (₹3 LPA Fixed + ₹1 LPA Variable)

VIDHYATRA is hiring Dynamic and Driven Business Development Associates who:

i. Own a personal laptop

ii. Are willing to travel intercity regularly

iii. Are confident in closing deals, especially with colleges and academic institutions

Job Role & Responsibilities:

a. Identify and approach colleges and educational institutions for partnership opportunities

b. Travel to different cities to conduct meetings, presentations and close deals

c. Build strong relationships with college administrators, faculty and key decision-makers

d. Present VIDHYATRA's offerings in a compelling manner to drive conversions

f. Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with partner institutions

g. Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to the leadership team

h. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools

i. Provide market feedback to improve strategy and offerings

Requirements:

a. Bachelor's degree in any discipline

b. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

c. Strong negotiation and closing abilities

d. Willingness to travel intercity as part of the role

e. Must own a laptop and have basic digital proficiency

f. Self-motivated, target-oriented and a team player

g. Prior sales or field experience is a plus (freshers welcome to apply)
