Role & responsibilities

  • Generate business for Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) from new and existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales officers.
  • Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
  • Ensure proper documentation and coordinate with credit and operations teams.
  • Follow up on leads, field visits, and collections as needed.
  • Maintain reports and MIS for daily sales tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Graduate in any stream
  • Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Finance

Requirements:

  • 35 years of experience in LAP / Secured Loans / Microfinance
  • Good communication and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of the local market
  • Basic understanding of loan documentation and KYC norms
