Position : Manager - Legal
Experience : Minimum 5 Years in Employment.
Qualifications : Bcom,Mcom,CS, LLB
Qualified/Semi qualified CS, LLB.
Handled RERA , ROC Matter, Legal drafting , risk management, Legal Operations, strong negotiation skills
- Possess Knowledge, Represent the company, File & handle legal cases till closure of:
a) Arbitration & Reconciliation,
b) Property matters,
c) Civil matter,
d) Suits and others - Handle Police complaint right from filing till settlement.
- Daily routine like taking legal matters on board pursuing with on record advocates, for faster result, drafting of notice, Arbitration invocation notice and claim preparation and attending Arbitration meeting, day to day contract notices, LLA and agreement for sale, conveyance deed, DA etc.
- Extensive knowledge in Contracts Act, Negotiable Instrument's Act, RERA, GST, the Transfer of Property Act, Indian real estate laws, stamp duty & other related state rules and regulations.
- Good analytical and comprehension skills with ability to identify critical issues before or during start of any project and advise on means to address or mitigate them.
- Legal drafting skills based on the business model (Works Contract, JV, Construction, conveyance deeds, etc.)
- Drafting and reply to the Legal Notice .
- Proactive identification of legal risks in the conduct of different business, before applying Tenders and to provide solutions.
- Added advantage if well versed with secretarial work & worked with Council .
