Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections on copper tube products using FPA, 7 QC Tools, 4M, Layout Inspection, Line Balancing, RCA, Drawing Reading, and other relevant tools.
  • Perform MSA (Measurement System Analysis) to ensure accuracy of measurement processes.
  • Identify and report defects or non-conformities found during inspection using Copper Tube PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis).
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for improving product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards by maintaining accurate records of inspection results.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidate From RAC Industry Preferred
  • Strong understanding of IPQC (In process Quality Control) principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and interpreting manufacturing specifications.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
