Role & responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the knob variables of the process and optimise manufacturing processes for improving first-time right and throughput yield of solar panel production.
  • Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies, yield loss, COPQ, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure process reliability.
  • Develop SOPs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.

Support scale-up of new technologies from pilot to full production

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3 -5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in solar, semiconductor, or Electronic manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control
  • Experience with thin-film or crystalline silicon solar technologies.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
  • Good academic background.
