Customer Support

- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
- Assist customers with orders, subscriptions, delivery updates, and product information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Build strong relationships with our consumers by delivering warm, solution-driven support.
- Maintain records of interactions and feedback to improve customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
- A customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer and mobile-app handling skills (Excel/CRM knowledge is a plus).
- Prior experience in customer support (preferably D2C/e-commerce) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to work from our office in Noida.
