Role & responsibilities

Elevate Consulting is a leading Construction Management firm delivering high-quality infrastructure and building projects. We are seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler with expertise in Primavera P6 to join our project team and ensure accurate, realistic, and contract-compliant schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Create baseline schedules, progress updates, and recovery plans.
  • Analyze schedule delays and prepare time impact analyses (TIAs).
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for schedule inputs.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in project scheduling within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of CPM scheduling, resource loading, and earned value analysis.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in large-scale building projects.
  • Familiarity with delay analysis and contractual claims.
