Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, confident and articulate female telecaller. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English, along with good computer proficiency. The person will play a key role in reaching out to farmers, explaining the products/services, collecting data for assessment of the performance of the products and services, handling inbound/outbound calls, and maintaining records.

Role & responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to farmers for building relation with them and to ensure smooth

functioning of our products and collect data for assessing the performance of our

products and services

* Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services

* Handle incoming enquiries professionally and convert leads into opportunities

*Maintain detailed call records and follow up regularly

*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth flow of information

*Update data in MS Excel, the internal company systems, prepare reports and MIS

related to the calls performance

Preferred candidate profile

* Graduate in any discipline

* Prior experience in a customer service or rural-facing organization/ agriculture is a plus

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in telecalling or customer service .
  • Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS office suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Confident, polite, and patient with excellent listening skills
  • Ability to quickly understand the companys offerings and explain them clearly
