Field Sales Representative

Job description:
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Field Sales Executive to join our team and help us reach more homes and businesses with our technology-driven products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients (homeowners, builders, architects, interior designers) to promote and sell home automation products.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features in a customer-friendly manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for installations and after-sales support.
- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Participate in exhibitions, campaigns, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in home automation, electronics, real estate, or interiors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandatory: Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
