About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and confident Inside Sales Executive to be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. If you enjoy speaking with people, have a persuasive communication style, and are looking to kickstart or grow your career in sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce the company's services.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified appointments or sales.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
  • Handle queries and objections with professionalism and positivity.
  • Maintain a high call volume and meet daily/weekly performance targets.
  • Support the sales and marketing team with lead nurturing activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
  • Freshers and 6 months of experience with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Skills We're Looking For:

  • Excellent spoken English and confident tone.
  • Ability to engage customers and handle objections tactfully.
  • Previous experience in telecalling/telesales/lead generation (0–1 year).
  • Basic knowledge of the education industry is a plus.
  • Experience in cold calling (domestic or international) is preferred.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality.
