Job Description – Backend Developer (Remote)

Position: Backend Developer

Experience: 1–3 Years

CTC: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time (Work From Home)

We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a Backend Developer who is passionate about writing clean, efficient code, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring smooth client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
  • Implement real-time features using (v3.0 / v4.0).
  • Integrate and manage MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.
  • Develop applications using and frameworks.
  • Integrate third-party services and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).
  • Write bug-free, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs/issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in client calls to gather requirements, provide technical updates, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to building design systems, code standards, and reusable components for efficiency.
  • Maintain proper documentation and provide knowledge transfer (KT) when required.

Key Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in with 1–3 years of professional experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in and frameworks.
  • Experience working with MongoDB (data modelling, aggregation, optimization).
  • Proficiency in for real-time applications.
  • Working knowledge of Stripe payment integration.
  • Solid understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and API design principles.
  • Ability to handle bug resolution, production issues, and client-facing responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote, collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, deploying, and maintaining backend systems.
