About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs to ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications. You will work closely with the front-end team and other stakeholders to develop scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
  • Design and manage databases, ensuring data security and performance
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
  • Implement scalable and high-performance architecture
  • Maintain documentation for development and processes
  • Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices

Skills & RequirementsTechnical Skills

  • Strong experience in backend programming languages such as:
  • / Python / Java / PHP / Go (choose as per your need)
  • Experience with frameworks like , Django, Spring Boot, Laravel, etc.
  • Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and security
  • Experience with version control (Git)
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / Google Cloud (preferred)

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications are a plus
