Role Overview
As an Outbound Telesales Executive, you will be the front line of our sales development efforts in Local/international markets . Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients , qualify leads, generate interest in our solutions, and secure crucial appointments and demo sessions for our Sales Managers. This role is ideal for an individual with exceptional command of the English language who thrives in a target-driven, international sales environment. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Initiate high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided databases or target lists. Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their suitability for our products/services.
- Booking Demo Sessions: Effectively articulate our value proposition to a diverse, global audience and successfully schedule product demonstration sessions for our specialized demo team.
- Fixing Client Appointments for Managers: Coordinate and set confirmed appointments and meetings on behalf of our Business Development Managers with qualified international leads.
- Sales Pitch Delivery: Deliver compelling, persuasive sales pitches tailored to the prospective client's needs, overcoming objections and highlighting key benefits.
- CRM Management & Documentation: Accurately log, update, and maintain all call information, interactions, and appointment details in our CRM system .
- Meeting Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for call volumes, qualified appointments set, and conversion rates.
- Adaptability: Adapt communication style and sales techniques to different cultural contexts and time zones.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent English Communication (Mandatory): Fluent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent are essential for clear and professional interaction with international clients.
- International Calling Experience (not mandatory): Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in an international voice process or outbound call center environment, preferably targeting markets outside India.
- Experience: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales development role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and call center phone systems/tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening abilities, with resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours or night shifts to accommodate international time zones (e.g., US/UK shifts).
