Biller / Cashier

A Biller/Cashier is responsible for handling customer billing and payments quickly and accurately. They represent the company at the point of sale and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue bills or invoices to customers.
  • Receive payments via cash, card, UPI, or other methods.
  • Maintain accurate cash records and daily transaction reports.
  • Provide receipts and assist customers with queries.
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.
  • Keep the billing area clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
  • Coordinate with inventory and sales teams regarding product availability.

Skills Required

  • Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Honesty and responsibility in handling money.
  • Electrical Maintenance Technician (Batch/Plant)Position Overview

The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting all electrical systems and equipment in the batch/plant area. The role ensures smooth production operations by minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery, batch mixers, motors, control panels, and PLC systems.
  • Install, test, and calibrate electrical components and equipment.
  • Ensure proper functioning of wiring, lighting, breakers, and safety devices.
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to reduce production downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and spare part records.
  • Coordinate with production, mechanical maintenance, and safety departments.
  • Follow all electrical safety standards, lockout-tagout (LOTO), and company procedures.
  • Assist in upgrading electrical systems and implementing energy-saving initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, and motors.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
  • Experience with PLCs, sensors, and automation systems (preferred).
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.
  • Awareness of safety practices and electrical standards.
