**Job Title**: Experienced Telecaller

**Location**: Onsite - Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu

Raavana IAS Academy is seeking experienced and persuasive Telecallers with a proven track record of successfully converting leads. If you have a knack for sweetly influencing potential clients and converting inquiries into enrollments, we want you on our team Telecallers with experience in large-scale edutech firms like Byju’s or similar organizations will have an added advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential leads and clearly communicate our course offerings, benefits, and enrollment processes.
- Develop a rapport with clients, using friendly and professional communication to understand their needs and answer questions about our courses.
- Efficiently manage and update lead databases, tracking follow-ups and outcomes.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improving lead quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years as a Telecaller, preferably in the education or edutech sector. Experience with firms like Byju’s or similar is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent verbal communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to build trust with clients. Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.
- **Personality**: Friendly, confident, and empathetic, with the ability to engage clients while maintaining professionalism.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
