Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohtak for the role of Customer Quality Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing quality control processes, addressing quality concerns, and collaborating closely with the production team to maintain high product standards. The role will also involve implementing and improving quality management systems, monitoring product quality throughout the production cycle, and maintaining adherence to regulatory and client-specific standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Quality and the ability to address customer concerns related to product quality
  • Strong understanding of Product Quality and Quality Control processes essential in manufacturing environments
  • Experience in Quality Management, including overseeing quality systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Skilled in Quality Assurance to ensure products meet required specifications and standards
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Rohtak and collaborate with production and engineering teams
  • Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing and familiarity with OEM quality standards is a plus
