Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager based in Rohtak. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, providing personalized service, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the ownership journey. The role involves resolving client issues, tracking customer feedback, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and driving loyalty by building trust and fostering strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, relationship management, or client support
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage records and follow up effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Experience in the automotive industry or knowledge of Kia vehicles is a plus
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
