  • Underwriting and preparation of credit assessment notes covering detailed analysis of business, Management, and financials.
  • Financial statement analysis and identifying risk factors
  • Look in the disbursement of sanction deals while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies.

Preferred Candidate-

  • Candidate who are MBA (finance)/CA.
  • Must have experience of 3-4 years in underwriting of home loan, LAP or business loan proposals.
  • Must have knowledge of local market and customer.
  • Must have fair understanding of legal tile of properties in the locality.
  • Excellent in interpersonal, communication and decision making skills
