Lead - IT/Senior Lead - IT

Job Purpose

• This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.
• We are looking for highly motivated, energetic Cloud solution Architect who will be responsible for:
• To manage cloud architecture & lead team of cloud engineers
• Bridging the gaps between complex business problems and solutions in the cloud
• Play a strategic role in maintaining all cloud systems including the front-end platforms, servers, storage, and management networks
• Enterprise cloud architecture lead with hands on implementation, architecture and design experience with a strong background in cloud IaaS/PaaS, Public/Private Cloud.
• Infrastructure experience on Hybrid cloud, disaster recovery, SSO, Security, MFA, monitoring and management of cloud workloads
• Application experience: Cloud Native/Cloud PaaS based application architecting and design, Big Data and Data warehouse on cloud, data bricks/data lake, cloud integration and smart services including AI/ML etc.
• DevOps experience, experience designing CICD process
• Should have solid understanding of cloud computing and technology systems, as well as experience in designing and transferring applications to the cloud.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead a team of Cloud engineers to design and build Cloud platforms and services for internal IT and external customers.
- Define Cloud strategy for the company.
- Design specifications and Azure reference architectures.
- Be a Microsoft Azure subject matter expert.
- Provide leadership in infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques.
- Perform cloud engineering assessments and implementation services.
- Work closely with cybersecurity team to monitor the company's cloud privacy.
- Responsible for implementing cloud governance standards that ensure cloud security and proper controls, and end-to-end automation of deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management in the cloud environment|Other Dimensions

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Min Engineering graduate.
years of Experience with 6 - 8 years on managing Azure/AWS with exposure on IaaS & PaaS services.
- Possess the following mandatory skills:

- Docker and other container-based technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift

- Build Servers - Jenkins, Artifactory

- Build Tools - Maven, NPM, Shell Scripts

- Azure service: API gateway, Application gateway, functions, ADF, Databricks, Azure devops

- Linux Expertise

- Programming - Basic Java Knowledge, Groovy

- Databases - Experience with writing scripts and SQL for at least one or more of SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL
