Role Description

Responsible for managing and executing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, performance support, employee engagement, and statutory compliance to foster a positive and productive academic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle — job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and faculty hiring coordination.
  • Maintain HRIS, employee records, attendance data, and payroll inputs.
  • Conduct onboarding, induction, and employee joining formalities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and address grievances promptly.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and facilitate training & development programs.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, and documentation).
  • Drive campus culture initiatives and employee recognition programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience handling end-to-end HR operations — recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance.
  • Experience in the education sector preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HRMS tools.
  • Willingness to take up challenges and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, approachable, and effective in interpersonal communication.
