Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. As a Human Resources Lead, you will oversee HR operations, manage policies, design employee benefits plans, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also play a key role in personnel management, employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace environment to drive engagement and success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) operations, including strategic workforce planning and recruitment
  • Proficiency in HR Management and development of organizational policies
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including labor laws and industry standards
  • Expertise in designing and implementing Employee Benefits and wellness programs
  • Strong skills in Personnel Management and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience in team leadership and fostering a positive organizational culture is a plus
