We're looking for a smart, creative, and proactive
Influencer Marketer
to help grow our presence across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Shorts. Your mission will be to drive installs, paid conversions, and visibility for our web and mobile apps through impactful influencer collaborations.

You'll work closely with the product and marketing teams to connect our products with creators who can authentically bring them to life.

Location : Kochi, Kerala

What You'll Do:

  • Research and identify relevant micro and macro influencers globally.
  • Reach out to creators, manage communications, and coordinate collaborations.
  • Support negotiation and onboarding processes for new influencer partnerships.
  • Prepare content briefs with clear value propositions, messaging, and usage flows.
  • Track campaign deliverables, content approvals, and posting timelines.
  • Maintain influencer databases and performance tracking sheets.
  • Monitor trends and propose creative campaign ideas based on what's trending.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to repurpose influencer content for paid ads.

You're a Great Fit If You :

  • Have
    6 months–2 years of experience
    in influencer marketing or creator collaborations.
  • Understand how to match the right influencers with the right goals (reach, installs, engagement, conversions).
  • Have strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Are comfortable preparing briefs, reviewing content, and analyzing campaign ROI.
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple active campaigns.
  • Bonus: Experience with platforms like
    Upfluence, Modash, Collabstr, or CreatorIQ
    .
