Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with teams for hiring strategies, and driving employer branding initiatives. Specific tasks include sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipeline effectively. The role entails focusing on IT recruitment to meet organizational staffing goals and align talent acquisition efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Hiring, and IT Recruitment processes
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
  • Experience in Employer Branding and talent marketing strategies
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adapt hiring approaches as needed
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting talent within the IT industry

Role & Responsibility:


• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online job portals, social media, and other channels.


• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for various positions.


• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


• Communicate with candidates to provide information on the recruitment process, company culture, and job roles.


• Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information, interview feedback, and status updates.


• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.


• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
