Sales and Marketing Executive

A Sales and Marketing Executive develops and implements strategies to drive sales and brand awareness, which includes market research, creating campaigns, lead generation, and closing deals. They are also responsible for client relationship management, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other teams like sales and product development. Key responsibilities
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, design marketing plans, and identify new opportunities and customer needs through market research and competitor analysis.
- Sales execution: Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, negotiate and close deals, and build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Marketing activities: Create and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media.
- Collaboration: Work with sales teams to align strategies and coordinate with other departments like product development to ensure a cohesive approach.
- Analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and marketing activities, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Client management: Handle client inquiries, manage complaints, and gather feedback to improve products and services.
Required skills and qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is often required.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role is necessary.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for presentations and client interactions.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software are beneficial.
- Personal attributes: Strong negotiation and sales skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are highly valued.
