Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Officer, located in Madurai. The Senior Officer will oversee and manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure effective functioning and alignment with the company's objectives. Responsibilities may include coordinating between departments, monitoring project progress, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with standards. The role requires active collaboration with various teams to maintain high-quality performance standards and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in operational management and team coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle data-driven decision-making
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or related disciplines
  • Experience in the automotive or tyre manufacturing sector is a plus
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
