Role Overview:

Credsync Consulting is seeking a female Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their loan requirements, and recommending appropriate financial products, primarily focusing on personal, home, and business loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for loan products and services.
  • Offer in-depth details of financial products, including various types of loans.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into active customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Address client queries and concerns in a professional manner.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in telesales or customer service in banking/financial services is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of loan processes and financial products is a plus.
  • Female candidates preferred for this role.
