Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote products or services, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
  • Convert leads into sales and achieve daily/weekly targets.
  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in the system.
  • Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for better lead management.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic approach during calls.
  • Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain motivation.
  • Prior telesales or telemarketing experience is an advantage.
