About the Role:

As the Head of Finance, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health of the company, ensuring smooth financial operations, and overseeing client-related financial documentation. Youll work closely with the Founder & Leadership Team to drive corporate finance strategies, compliance, and financial reporting.

What Youll Be Doing:

Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring strong internal financial controls.
• Provide financial insights and reports to the leadership team to support decision-making.

Corporate Finance & Client Coordination

• Coordinate with clients on financial documentation related to projects.
• Ensure all project-related financial documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with client and regulatory requirements.
• Manage client interactions for financial requirements, including invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reconciliations.

Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for operations and projects.
• Develop financial models to assess business performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.

Compliance & Documentation Management

• Ensure adherence to tax regulations, statutory compliance, and audit requirements.
• Manage GST, TDS, corporate tax, and other financial compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation for corporate and project-related compliance.

Banking & Financial Operations

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and auditors.
• Manage corporate banking operations, including fund transfers, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure proper internal financial controls and fraud prevention mechanisms.

Financial Risk Management

• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to business operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and corporate governance standards.
• Develop strategies to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and financial sustainability.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles within the manufacturing industry.
• Education: MBA (preferably in Finance) or equivalent degree.
• Knowledge: Strong expertise in corporate finance, client financial coordination, and compliance documentation.

Skills:

• Proven ability to manage financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience in dealing with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
