Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance located in Noida. The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing the budgeting process, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks also involve strategic financial planning and analysis to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
  • Experience in Financial Reporting and Budgeting
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
  • Prior experience in the Fin-Tech industry is a plus
