Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Head of Finance
to lead our financial operations, drive data-backed decision-making, and ensure fiscal discipline. He will oversee all aspects of financial planning, compliance, risk management, and team leadership, playing a key role in supporting sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.
  • Manage company cash flow, investments, and financing strategies.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process to support decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Liaise with external partners including auditors, banks, and investors.
  • Build and lead the finance team, ensuring continuous development and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in senior financial leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of corporate financial law, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and investor relations.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Prior experience in fundraising or IPO preparation is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to international accounting standards and cross-border financial operations.
  • Business acumen with a growth mindset and focus on operational excellence.
