Creative Designer

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Creative Designer to join our Marketing Team at Hantec Trader. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in graphic design and production, with a demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into their design workflow. You will work alongside designers, developers, and agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets across digital, print, and social channels—while also leveraging automation and generative AI tools to enhance speed and creativity.

Role Responsibilities: Utilize a mix of traditional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and modern AI design platforms (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Creatopy, Canva AI, Runway ML, Midjourney, or Creatify) to enhance output quality and efficiency. Take ownership of BAU and production design tasks, delivering timely, technically accurate, and brand-aligned assets. Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and affiliate teams to translate campaign objectives into visually engaging designs.

Maintain and uphold Hantec Trader's brand guidelines across all channels and outputs. Prepare and optimise files for various outputs including digital, mobile, and print—ensuring performance, resolution, and compatibility. Experiment with AI-led formats, contribute visual ideas, and support the development of modern, scalable creative assets.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design, AI, and creative technology trends to introduce new workflows and visual standards. • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), including Adobe Express and Canva Pro.

Experience with AI Design Tools

• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Creatopy, Canva AI, Runway ML, Midjourney, Creatify, or similar platforms.

Attention to Detail

• Meticulous attention to detail with strong file organization and version control skills.

Collaboration Skills

• Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and implementing feedback constructively.

• Good time management and ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Technical Design Knowledge

• Technical understanding of file formats, resolution optimization, and design for digital vs. print.

• Clear communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.

Advantageous RequirementsExperience in fintech, trading, or financial services design. Familiarity with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects or online animation tools.

Understanding of UX/UI principles and basic knowledge of tools like Figma. Prior exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., MoEngage, Braze) and design for CRM/email channels. Experience contributing creatives to data-driven or performance marketing campaigns.
