We are hiring a Graphics & UI/UX Designer for one of our international client partners. This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring night shift hours aligned with US time zones , ideal for creative professionals who can merge aesthetics with functionality to deliver world-class digital experiences.

The Graphics & UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will conceptualize, design, and deliver assets that align with brand identity while ensuring usability and conversion optimization. This role requires a balance of creativity, user-centered thinking, and technical design expertise.

Design & Creative Execution
Create engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral .
Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas.

User Experience & Interface
Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions.
Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

Branding & Consistency
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
Innovate with fresh ideas to strengthen brand identity in global markets.

Work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business goals.
Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
Stay updated on the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and digital design best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
~3–5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.
~ Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects .
~ Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision .
~ Knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles .
~ Understanding of UX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing .
~ Strong communication skills with ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
~ Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours (mandatory) .

Experience working on international brands or global campaigns .
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for effective design-to-development handoff.
Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, or video editing (nice to have).
Prior experience in SaaS, consulting, or digital agencies .

Delivery of high-quality designs and interfaces within project timelines.
Consistent brand identity and visual storytelling across platforms.
Positive stakeholder feedback and alignment of design outputs with business goals.
