Company DescriptionColliers NASDAQ TSX CIGI is a leading global diversified professional services company specializing in commercial real estate services engineering consultancy and investment management With operations in 70 countries our 22 000 enterprising professionals provide exceptional service and expert advice to clients For nearly 30 years our experienced leadership - with substantial inside ownership - has consistently delivered approximately 20 compound annual investment returns for shareholders With annual revenues exceeding 4 5 billion and 99 billion of assets under management Colliers maximizes the potential of property infrastructure and real assets to accelerate the success of our clients investors and people Colliers is recruiting for a Creative Designer to support on partnering with our commercial sales teams to win our biggest and most competitive client pitches through best-practice win strategies proposals and presentation tools We are currently seeking an innovative proactive Creative Designer who will play an integral role within the team dedicated to providing strategic and execution support on Colliers new business submissions and presentations along with supporting on other key creative design requirements across the creation of assets to support advertising website design insights reports and more Creating visually compelling solutions and utilising expertise in both traditional and digital design In this role you willxe2x80xa6xc2xb7 Analyse and convert content data and information into strong visual solutions for client deliverables xc2xb7 Act as steward of the company s brand and visual graphic standards xc2xb7 Collaborate closely with the Pursuit Director and Creative Design Manager in the generation of business development materials content themes and visual representation for key pursuits xc2xb7 Collaborate and align with the Creative team within the Marketing and Communications team on graphic design development xc2xb7 Support Marketing Ad-hoc projects as and when required QualificationsMinimum 4 years Graphic Design experience preferable within the commercial real estate services industry however this is not essential Candidates from professional services firms and creative houses are welcome to apply In addition to that you will bring xc2xb7 An expert in PowerPoint - templates presentation and ability to meet deadlines with attention to details xc2xb7 Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop is required Knowledge and skills in Figma After Effects Premiere Pro and Acrobat will be highly valued xc2xb7 Strong comprehension of digital platforms and web-based tools would be highly beneficial xc2xb7 Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines xc2xb7 Flexible resourceful reliable and proactive approach with the ability to produce results with minimal guidance
