As a creative and innovative designer, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence through cutting-edge digital experiences.\\Key Responsibilities:\\\

  • Create engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral that capture the attention of our target audience.\\
  • Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience.\\
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to stakeholders.\\\User Experience & Interface:\\\

    • Conduct thorough UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform data-driven design decisions.\\
    • Apply best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across all platforms.\\
    • Closely collaborate with developers to guarantee pixel-perfect implementation of designs and meet business objectives.\\\Branding & Consistency:\\\

      • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs to maintain a strong and recognizable brand identity.\\
      • E nsure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications to reinforce our brand message.\\
      • Innovate with fresh ideas to strengthen our brand identity in global markets and stay ahead of the competition.\\\Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:\\\

        • Work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business goals and objectives.\\
        • Presentation of design concepts, gathering feedback, and iteration is essential to deliver high-quality designs that meet stakeholder expectations.\\
        • Stay updated on the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and digital design best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.\\\Requirements:\\\

          • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.\\
          • A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects that demonstrate expertise and creativity.\\
          • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.\\
          • Knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.\\
          • Understanding of UX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.\\
          • Strong communication skills with ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.\\
          • A willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours (mandatory).\\\
