About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outgoing calls to customers/leads, explaining products or services, answering queries, and generating appointments or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
  • Explain products, services, and offers clearly and effectively.
  • Answer questions and professionally address customer concerns.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer information accurately.
  • Set appointments and follow up with interested customers.
  • Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team for coordinated efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Polite, confident, and persuasive speaking skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
