As an L-3 Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling high-value and complex admission inquiries, mentoring junior telecallers, and ensuring maximum conversion of leads into admissions. This role demands strong counseling abilities, leadership skills, and consistent achievement of admission targets. L-3 Telecallers serve as a bridge between the telecalling team and the Admissions Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage advanced admission queries from prospective students and parents with professionalism.
  • Counsel and guide students on academic programs, admission process, placement opportunities, and career prospects.
  • Handle escalations and sensitive cases forwarded from L-1 and L-2 telecallers.
  • Achieve and exceed defined admission conversion targets and revenue goals.
  • Train, mentor, and monitor performance of L-1 and L-2 telecallers.
  • Provide inputs to the Admissions Manager for improving lead management and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain and analyze call records, follow-ups, and lead conversions in CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team for campaigns, seminars, and lead-generation activities.
  • Share timely feedback on student needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies and ethical counseling practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred: Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields).
  • 3-7years of proven experience in telecalling/admissions counseling.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive counseling skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and achieve challenging targets.
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
  • Leadership skills with ability to guide and support a team.
