Skynet Worldwide Express, a leading international logistics company, is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic **Telecallers** to join our team at our Kapashera office in New Delhi. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Attending and resolving queries of the existing customers
- Provide information about our logistics services and shipment solutions
- Handle inbound inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain customer databases and records
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for shipment updates and customer support

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service will be a plus
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Punctual, reliable, and motivated to perform

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
