We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join a reputed three-star hotel in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee relations. Candidates with prior hotel industry experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and update HR documents.
  • Assist in preparing payroll and coordinating with the accounts team.
  • Manage employee relations and address staff queries or grievances.
  • Support performance evaluation and training initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in line with company standards.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Skills:
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, documentation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software.
  • Location Preference: Only local candidates from Ernakulam will be considered.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).
