Job Title: Sr. Executive – Logistics (SCM) Location: Noida Sector-129 Experience Required: 3–5 Years Qualification: Graduate (PG Preferred) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive – Logistics (SCM) to manage end-to-end logistics operations, documentation, tracking, and coordination for domestic and international shipments. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of import/export processes and be proficient in handling post-delivery documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage import and export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BOE, shipping bills, etc.
• Ensure end-to-end tracking of shipments and update stakeholders on delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal departments.
• Prepare and maintain post-delivery documents such as PODs, LR copies, and delivery confirmations.
• Monitor dispatch schedules, track material movement, and resolve logistics delays.
• Maintain records of shipments, freight charges, and documentation for audit purposes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company guidelines for logistics and SCM.
• Support SCM activities including vendor coordination and process improvement. Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of import & export procedures and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Graduate in any stream; Post-Graduation/MBA preferred.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Logistics / SCM.
• Experience in manufacturing plant operations is an added advantage.
