  • Set up and conduct introductory meetings or calls with prospective clients.
  • Understand the client's business needs, advertising pain points, and objectives.
  • Prepare and present tailored agency capabilities decks or proposals.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to prepare customized proposals.
  • Develop pitch documents, presentations, and marketing solutions based on client needs.
  • Ensure timely follow-up after presentations and proposal submissions.
  • 4. Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential clients even if not converted immediately.
  • Follow up consistently and share agency work/case studies that may be relevant to the prospect.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams during the pre-sales stage.
  • 5. Market Research & Competitor AnalysisAnalyze market trends, client behaviors, and competitor strategies.
  • Identify gaps in the market where the agency can position itself as a solution.
  • ProvideWork with creative, digital, media buying, and strategy teams to understand agency offerings.
  • Ensure proper communication of client requirements internally for proposal creation.
  • Coordinate brainstorming sessions for new client campaigns or pitch ideas.
  • 7. Performance Tracking & ReportingMaintain records of outreach activities, client meetings, and conversions.
  • Track conversion rates, cost per lead/client, and other KPIs.
  • Prepare periodic reports for leadership on new client acquisition progress.
  • 8. Brand PromotionPromote the agency's brand across digital platforms through thought leadership, case studies, or campaigns.
  • Suggest PR, social media, or event participation opportunities to enhance visibility.
