Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our mobile app acquisition and engagement campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running successful campaigns on Google (UAC, App Campaigns) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram in-app campaigns), with a proven track record in driving high-quality app installs and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (App Campaigns) and Meta Ads (App Install & Engagement) platforms.
- Budget & Bidding: Strategically allocate budgets and manage bidding strategies to meet CPA and ROAS targets efficiently.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance (keywords, creatives, targeting, landing pages/store listings) to improve key metrics like CVR, CPI, and LTV.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous A/B tests on ad creatives (images, videos, ad copy) and audience segments to identify top-performing combinations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and Product teams to align marketing efforts with app features and ensure creative assets are optimized for performance.
- Tracking: Ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution is in place, often working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
- Own all aspects of conversion data integrity for paid campaigns, including the setup, maintenance, and audit of Google Ads Conversion Tracking via Firebase to ensure precise measurement of Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and accurate reporting in GA4.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, with 90%+ focus on mobile app marketing
- Platform Proficiency: Proven expertise in Google App Campaigns (UAC) and running App Install/Deep-Linking campaigns on Meta Ads Manager.
- Mobile Measurement: Solid understanding of how Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) function, how to interpret their data, and how to define and track in-app events.
- Key Metrics Focus: Demonstrated history of optimizing campaigns based on LTV/ROAS goals, not just volume.
- Analytical Prowess: Highly proficient in data analysis using Excel/Google Sheets, and experience working with analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Firebase, or MMP dashboards).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. ,Excellent ability to translate complex data analysis into clear, strategic recommendations.
