Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Digital Marketing Trainer. The Digital Marketing Trainer will provide instruction, mentorship, and hands-on training in digital marketing concepts and platforms, with an emphasis on industry-ready skills. Responsibilities include designing course content, delivering engaging sessions, assisting learners with practical applications, and keeping the curriculum updated with the latest digital marketing trends and strategies. The role also involves evaluating learners' progress and providing constructive feedback to support their growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of Previous experience in a training or educational role, preferably in digital marketing
  • Expertise in google ads and Meta ads
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies and tools
  • Strong Communication and Training skills with the ability to deliver engaging and interactive sessions
  • Understanding of Marketing principles and Sales techniques
  • Familiarity with current trends in digital marketing best practices and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and guide learners effectively
