Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Data Management - Update mobile numbers, email IDs, and PAN details for all folios.
  • Maintain and update non-financial investor data and handle KYC changes for NRI & RI clients.
  • KYC reactivation for old clients.
  • Good to have working knowledge with AMCs
  • Assist with dematerialisation of old share certificates.
  • Support closure of bank and demat accounts post fund removal.
  • Execute deletion of investor details from folios as required.
  • Bank, Identity Updates & Transaction Management - Process payout bank detail changes, Resolve investor name changes, Handle timely conversion between NRI and RI status for mutual fund investments, Manage broker code changes, Client Onboarding
  • Support onboarding for third party platforms such as Dovetail, Weinvest, etc., as per agreed TAT. Generate reports related to transactions, AUM, pending mandates, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI and AMFI regulations for all transaction processing.
  • Support digital onboarding and automation initiatives within the operations process.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field (MBA/PG preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in mutual fund operations or wealth management.
  • Familiarity with mutual fund products, SEBI guidelines, and transaction processing lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
