Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for executing strategic sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and analyzing market trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring product and service quality, and optimizing costs. Collaborating with internal teams to align sourcing efforts and achieving organizational goals is also essential to the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating suppliers and market trends
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and sourcing management software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an advanced degree/certification is a plus
- Prior experience in the real estate or PropTech sector will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
