About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping people and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and team members at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with customers through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Acknowledge, track, and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer accurate information.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving.
  • Strive to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is mandatory (written and verbal).
  • Qualification: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
  • Experience in customer support is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
  • Willingness to work in a fixed night shift (Monday to Friday).
