Customer Support Executive (Night Shift)

Shift: Fixed Night Shift (Monday to Friday) — 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM

About the Role
We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for assisting customers. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent service across multiple channels. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to handle U.S.-based customer interactions confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
- Communicate clearly and effectively through calls, emails, and chat.
- Acknowledge, track, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Understand company products and services thoroughly to provide accurate guidance.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold service excellence.
- Handle outbound follow-up calls as part of customer support procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of outbound calling experience with U.S. customers is mandatory.
- Strong fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Prior experience in customer support or call center roles preferred.
- Freshers may apply only if they have excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer issues calmly and professionally.
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift (Monday to Friday).
