Title: Job Description Premium Account ManagerJob Objectives:
To consistently achieve sales targets through a well-focussed, effective implementation of marketing plan & Execution of KPIs & Actively finding out solutions for the challenges faced in the Field.
Key responsibilities:- Call Average, Coverage of Territory, Frequency
- Effective implementing of marketing strategies.
- Achievement of sales targets
- Make sure that objectives are achieved
- Provide proper feedback from market and customers to Marketing in order to optimise promotional concepts and programs
- Keep superiors and peers regularly informed about the competition and all developments in market
- Pharmacovigilance (Adverse Event Reporting) – To collect adverse drugs reaction (ADR) incidences
including lack of efficacy related to Merck's medicinal products up to the maximum possible level of completeness and forward to local Patient Safety team at immediately within 24 hours of ADR awareness. The additional information can be submitted as soon as possible
Professional Requirements:- Science Graduate & MBA/PG diploma in management studies
- Field work experience with 3-4 years preferably in Oncology
- Teamwork
